Our truck drivers come to Fleetmaster Express and stay because we offer outstanding equipment, top earnings and reliable time at home as well as lots of extras like 9 paid holidays, full benefits, and fast orientation.

CDL-A OTR truck drivers enjoy:

·       Average $1,500-$1,800 per week

·       Home every other week - typically out 2 weeks

·       2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadias with APUs, inverters, refrigerators and more

·       Full benefits including medical/dental/vision

·       Half-day paid orientation – get your first load on your first day!

Qualifications:

·       Must have valid CDL - No exceptions

·       6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience required

·       Must meet FMCSA requirements

·       No more than 3 accidents in the last 3 years

·       No more than 3 violations in the last 3 years

·       No failed or refused drug screens in the last 5 years
